Acceptable Use — X Product Assistant

1. A tool only

X Product Assistant is provided by an individual developer to help organize product information you are entitled to process. It does not represent any marketplace or provide platform authorization, transaction promises or professional advice. Contact: chenlin.dev@gmail.com.

2. Your responsibilities

Check that collecting, retaining and using information complies with applicable law, platform rules and rights-holder permissions. Public visibility does not authorize bulk collection or commercial reuse. Do not bypass sign-in, CAPTCHAs, access restrictions or bans, intrude into systems, disrupt services or unlawfully process personal information. Stop on rate limits, verification requests or platform warnings and follow platform procedures.

3. Image and data rights

Images, descriptions, trademarks and data belong to their respective rights holders. Downloading or exporting does not grant a license. Obtain necessary permissions before publishing, reselling or commercial use. Do not use the tools for infringement, fraud, harassment or other unlawful purposes.

4. Results and risks

The tools are provided as available, without promises of complete, accurate or current data, uninterrupted service or commercial returns. Platform changes, network conditions and permissions can cause failures. Verify source data before important decisions and back up workbooks and results before making changes.

5. Responsibility

You independently choose the collection scope, access frequency, sharing and subsequent uses and are responsible for those decisions and misuse. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for account restrictions, transaction losses or disputes arising from your unauthorized collection, infringement or use of unverified data where these are not caused by the developer’s fault.
