1. Choose the fields you need
Decide whether your research needs titles, prices, ratings, stores or image links before choosing the marketplace extension. CSV stores structured text; it does not embed image files into cells. Leave unavailable fields empty. Do not infer sales from review counts or assume that a conditional offer is the price available to every visitor.
2. Collect a small sample and verify it
Open a list you are entitled to access and process, enter the extension side panel and collect a small sample first. Compare it with the source page, including currency, offer conditions and product links. Use point-and-pick for a selective shortlist. Enable pagination only within the platform’s rules.
3. Filter before exporting
Refine with available price, rating and visible-sales filters. SHEIN and TEMU also support store filtering. Results are deduplicated, but marketplace editions, styles and variants still need human review. Use the extension’s CSV export and keep an original copy before making edits.
4. Open the file in spreadsheet software
If characters or columns look wrong when opening the CSV, use the spreadsheet application’s data-import flow. Select UTF-8 and comma separation, inspect the preview and then import. Treat product identifiers as text to avoid scientific-notation conversion. Review external content as untrusted text and avoid executing unfamiliar formulas or links.
5. When you need images or a workbook
Use the image-download feature separately and confirm your rights before reuse. If you need to import an Ozon link workbook and append fields or embedded images, use the Ozon Excel batch workflow. CSV is not a format for retaining workbook formulas, formatting or embedded images.
6. Save and share responsibly
Collected results are not transaction offers. Recheck the source before purchasing or making other important decisions. Remove unrelated personal information before sharing, and confirm reuse rights for data and images. Clearing extension state does not remove files already downloaded or shared.
