1. Prepare and back up your links
Back up the original file and include only Ozon links you are entitled to process. The importer supports multiple worksheets, URL text, hyperlinks and static HYPERLINK formulas. Convert concatenated formulas to actual URLs first. Exclude passwords, customer orders and unrelated personal records. Limits are 10MB and 5,000 deduplicated links per file.
2. Inspect the import preview
Open Excel batch collection from the Ozon extension and choose your file. Check valid links, deduplication and source sheet names and row numbers. Reimporting replaces the current batch, so export anything you need to keep first. A source-workbook copy is stored locally in the extension for later association.
3. Run, pause and resume
Starting a batch creates a dedicated collection tab. Keep it open and avoid operating it concurrently. Pause, resume or retry failed tasks as needed; browser restarts require a manual resume. Stop on verification or access restrictions and resolve them through platform procedures instead of repeatedly retrying. Batch list links process the current page only; manual side-panel pagination does not apply to this queue.
4. Understand prices and failed tasks
Dual prices follow labels such as the page’s bank-offer labels and retain rouble units. Unavailable or failed products are not replaced with recommended products. Missing fields cannot be invented. Review task states and reasons before deciding whether to collect again.
5. Append selected fields to the source
Open the original-workbook field view, select fields and arrange the new columns. Results are added to the right, without overwriting original columns. Repeated links are populated row by row. Choose the number of images to embed per row, edit newly added cells when needed and export Excel. A separate workbook can also be associated with existing results by matching links.
6. Validate the export and clean up
XLSX preserves features supported by the workbook library, including supported styles, formulas, merges and worksheets, but complex features require your own validation. XLS and CSV are converted to XLSX. Check the output before clearing data. Clearing a batch is not removal of every draft, template or downloaded file; see the Privacy Policy for the full boundaries.
